Military and civilian community resources are available to you and your family members to support you throughout the deployment cycle. As you prepare for deployment, you can turn to these private, nonprofit, and government organizations for assistance and guidance on a range of topics, including finances, legal questions, emotional and mental challenges, and more. These resources are available to you, so take advantage!

Knowing the resources available can build your confidence as you prepare for deployment.

As you gain a better sense of the community resources available, you may find you have an increased sense of self-confidence preparing for deployment, as well as increased personal and family unit resilience.
